Beware - New Management is driving this company into the ground Too many! Low pay, no raises, no reviews, no appreciation. Abuse abuse. I?m shocked no one has sued them yet. New management (hired onwards from summer 2018 when the company HQ relocated), is a complete JOKE. They rule with fear, play favorites, over promise and under deliver, write eloquently hypocritical emails, micromanage- I mean for goodness sake, new management checks the cameras to verify when employees clock in. Are you kidding me?! They?ll get on you about not taking a lunch when they leave you as a 1 man show to run their airline. That?s right- all alone to deal with hundreds of customers. People and safety mean nothing. They can?t see anything past their nose. At the very least wait out until the current management gets fired. They will destroy you slowly.
