The COVID-19 pandemic and resulting state of emergency around the country has caused an unforeseeable, dramatic downturn in the entire aviation industry and our business in particular. As a result, effective April 15, 2020, we have grounded our fleet and ceased all revenue flight operations, which has impacted all JetSuite Crewmembers. We are proud of our dedicated Crewmembers, many of whom have been with JetSuite since inception, who fought to keep the operation going, despite the profound impact COVID-19 has had on the air travel industry.
