One star It's good the first or two months because they are nice at the beginning, but sooner or later all their employees quit because this company just care about their business. They cut your hours without notice you. If you need the money or have bills to pay this is not your type of job. No rises even if you work hard and deserve it. No Christmas bonus, not even when the company makes money and its ridiculous overpriced. The tip system is very ambiguous, you make tips but at the end of the month, you just get like half of the amount or even less that you suppose to get. Costumers are very special, but its because this place is overpriced. If a customer doesn't like you they write reviews and emails about your job performance. The CEO gives discounts and free stuff for rude and racist people and don't give rises to their employees at all. Not recommended.
