Unlike anything I have seen Only if you are from India will you be able to grow with this company. If you are a woman, you will be treated poorly and looked down upon. They say women are only there to serve the men. You will be hired and told that your pay is one thing. However you will be paid less. If you bring this up more than one time you will be yelled at like a child, threaten, and fired. They drop you off in far away places which are unsafe. One young woman was attacked and nearly raped. She told the managers and she was fired. If anyone brings that up they will also get fired. Then they pick you back up 9 hours later, and told to sell the plans they gave you. Most times this is impossible in these destitute places where you are in fear of being attacked or robbed. Mangers threaten you if you disagree with your check, or if you speak back to them. They bully you like you are a child and put fear in you that they will physically attack you.
