Top Down Management The management micromanages and does not listen to staff for input. Management chooses to hire temps instead of full time employees (and thus takes advantage of people by refusing benefits and retirement) which goes against organization's mission. Management does not listen to employee feedback or ideas....very bureaucratic...organization is a revolving door organization.
