Completely awful experience in every way. They have ethically questionable hiring and firing practices (to put it kindly). Do not be lured in by above average salary compared to competitors. Upper level/management simply does not care about you and rather blatantly and shamelessly uses you. Extremely limited on outlet to contribute. Very bad favoritism and it's not based on merit at all. No room for advancement. Practically no mentorship/tutelage. Many of the managers are just flat out astonishingly mean, rude people. They have a tendency to latch on to a very small number of people and glorify them to death (again, not particularly based on merit).
