With offices in Houston, Los Angeles, and Orlando, the firm offers architecture and interior design, master planning, landscape architecture, and environmental design services. The firm has about a half dozen design studios; each dedicated to business areas such as corporate, education, entertainment, hospitality, public assembly, and health care. Morris Architects' diverse portfolio includes the Houston Astrodome, a 19,000-acre eco-tourism development in the Amazon Rainforest, and Hard Rock Cafe in Moscow. Morris also gained attention for a design proposal that transforms an oil rig into a luxury resort. Seth Irvin Morris founded the company in 1938.
