Brad Toft has a broad range of skills and experience that spans 21 years in the financial sector, leading in both start-up and Fortune 500 companies. During that time Brad has started new business lines, and led them through to growth and maturity—optimizing value delivery systems, developing the brand, and maximizing the client experience.
Brad is the author of the blog What’s Expected and is currently a contributing writer to Patch.com, Newhomecouncil.com and Issues and Answers, a publication of the Washington Banker’s Association. Brad has been a frequent guest host on KKOL AM1300’s show Northwest Real Estate Connections and a contributor to Forbes magazine, discussing trends in real estate economics and credit policy. In 2012 he was a candidate in the general election for the Washington State’s Senate representing the 5th District.
Brad attended Seattle Pacific University studying economics and has an Executive Program certificate in finance and accounting from the University of Washington. He has been active in the community, serving on the board of a local church, and as a Director with Habitat for Humanity of East King County. He spent one year as President of Rotary of Snoqualmie Valley and is Vice President of the Board with the Snoqualmie Valley Chamber of Commerce. Much of his board focus has been in developing the values for decision-making, and strengthening governance of organizations.
