Micromeritics Instrument Corporation is a leading developer, designer and manufacturer of analytical instruments and accessories for particle size analysis, density, surface area, and porosimetry, with a broad national and international customer base. Product lines include: Surface characterization analyzers Pycnometers Surface area and porosimetry systems Pressure sorption analyzers Chemisorption analyzers Particle size analyzers In addition to the Micromeritics product lines, the Particle Testing Authority (PTA) provides in-house analysis on a wide range of pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food product, geologic, and other samples. The Particulate Systems division works with small businesses and colleges and universities to identify innovative products and techniques in the particulate characterization industry and leverage Micromeritics' manufacturing and product development capabilities to bring products to market that might otherwise remain unknown.
