Community Health Center of Richmond

CHCR is a not-for-profit, family health center located in the Port Richmond neighborhood of Staten Island. We care for patients of all ages with an emphasis upon wellness, preventive care and disease management. While most of our patients live on Staten Island, we do see patients from all five New York City boroughs and New Jersey. We provide quality, primary health care, dental and specialty services for all, regardless of ability to pay. Our compassionate clinicians and healthcare providers work hard to ensure that our patients receive the best care possible and are always treated with the dignity and respect they deserve.
