In my brief experience with Tom he was apathetic to my customer service issue...he did not take control of the situation and made me feel unimportant and to an extent inferior. Others had advised me that Tom was kind of "a prick" and after my brief encounter with him, I must say that I agree. It comes as no surprise to me that Comcast has thousands of negative online reviews online. If he treats his customers the way he treated me then I can truly understand where his customers are coming from when they complain online about how terrible Comcast's customer service is.
