Brandon Rice trained at the Cordon Bleu in Paris, France. It was in Spain that Brandon Rice found his true passion in cooking. After securing a coveted spot at Il Bule when Ferran Adria was at the helm, Brandon Rice knew what he wanted to do.
Brandon Rice would like to own his own restauarant based on the techniques of Jose Andres and Ferran Adria. It is with their quality in mind that Brandon Rice would like to bring his own vision to fruition.
