Presently I work for the United States Postal Service as a Mail Handler. I work the automated flat sorter mail system to get mail out on time for delivery.

Worked at Caterpillar from 2004-2017.

Responsible for maintaining and reporting daily receiving and shipping activities Also responsible for training of coordination of new hires as Team Lead. Performing the material handling and warehousing functions required in the receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials equipment and supplies as required by safety regulations. Performs related and/or specialized clerical duties to resolve discrepancies as required. Maintains related clerical records and operates computer terminal and/or hand held scanner to access and update information for receiving, counting and order processing. Uses Cherry picker, forklift, TSP, SP as required to complete job functions.
Reports defects and need for repairs of equipment.

Takes care of loading and unloading of the material from the trucks both inbound and outbound. Check that proper quantity is being given and received by comparing the quantity with that on the invoice. Move equipment using any of the following: Order Picker, Reach Truck, TSP, SP, Forklift, Yard Truck, and Cherry Picker. Handle the necessary documentation while receiving or sending materials. Ensure that proper quantities are kept for each type of stock item. Know the right place in the factory or warehouse floor where every item should be stored.

Would like to move up with USPS company either to a supervisor, 204b, IT specialist or plant manager within a few years.
