Toxic beauty This is probably the worst work environment I've ever been a part of. No matter how hard they try, this company mostly caters to wealthy women who have absolutely nothing else do with there lives and have not an ounce of empathy for employees. The torture of having to maintain a smile is more exhausting than job itself. It's pretty obvious that this is a white dominated sub section of "beauty" yet there are no true efforts to change that. This is most definitely a lifestyle club for the privileged disguised as a beauty store for all. This is just another company capitalizing on the popularity of the "non toxic" movement all while neglecting the fact that TOXIC can come in many forms.
