You've been warned... If you like being micromanaged, this place is definitely the place for you. Management requires you to have full communication with them, unfortunately, they don't feel the need to communicate things back to you, the arrogance is REAL. Their culture is non existent, that's partly because their retention rate is terrible, as there is very few veterans to speak about the company in a good light. They continue to be a revolving door of good talent. The High turnover rate is costing them more than they realize, especially in the HR department. Their expectations are ridiculous and unrealistic which is why people keep leaving. The President is not listed as the leader but he runs the show and talks a whole lot about how "incredible" his employees and his company is. The declining culture of the company and these Glassdoor reviews are the perfect reflection of how he really treats his employees.
