You're Worth More Then What They Will Offer A lot. Honestly, the local management team is AMAZING, however, the home office is so out of touch with reality its sad. Policies, regulations, rules change weekly, there is literally no planning, promotions are made up on the fly and sometimes sent to you with seconds until midnight and then they expect you to comply. LITERALLY NO PERFORMANCE REVIEWS OR RAISES. I have received 1 raise in 4 years with no performance evaluations. You will never get another holiday or weekend off ( I get this is retail, but this company takes it to another level). Pay structures and bonus structures change on a whim so its absolutely impossible to plan financially with this company. The benefits are expensive with sky high deductibles ( but hey at least they offer it) and the 401k match is pathetic (but hey at least they match something). Getting the HR department to do anything is a chore, payroll is always delayed and often money you're owed goes missing. I really used to love working here, but the last 2 years it just keeps going downhill. Please do not waste your time and go elsewhere.
