Worst nonprofit ever at which to work. Micro-management by CEO, poor corporate structure, non-competitive wages (employee wages are in the lower 25 percentile across the board), no raises, poor benefits, zero growth opportunities, extremely low employee morale. This organization can be described as dysfunctional at best.
