Worst Management, Overworked employees Management, team leads are hands-off to the point that they don't care for the wellbeing of the team members. There's nonexistent training- it's all peer-led training since management have no idea what they're doing. We're swamped with work and the workload is poorly divided. One team member who has more knowledge and a busier account will do much more work for the same measly pay. No raises- not even after more than a year working here. Turnover rate is high.
