Worst Experience In My Career Contacting HR with your concerns is unacceptable. I?ve never had an ?open door policy? that allows retribution. The training department consists of one person. You are therefore hired and on your own to wade your way through hoping you do things ?The Valiant Way?. Upper management speaks to you in person and in writing in derogatory tones and it is deemed acceptable. All these reviews from recently I couldn?t have said better myself. It?s very disheartening. I was told so many positive things about Valiant in my interview yet my experience was the opposite very, very poor training and lack of support. Toxicity that is unprofessional and unbelievable. Supervisor sharing your information with your peers. Other management referring to their supervisor as Satan yet being kind in person. Oh the lies and double standards. Corporate I has been made aware of these situations and turned a blind eye. Giant unprofessional cluster.
