Worst experience ever! Too many cons to list here. To summarize it is a very hostile and negative work environment. There is no transparency regarding your bonus. Pay was very los. The company is in decline snd the more they try to micro manage you ir only accelerates the decline. Do your due dilligence on this company before coming to work here
