Worst company ever! Beware before thinking about joining this company. Many of the 5 star reviews are either written by management or by really new employees who are asked to do so. The product simply doesn?t work. There are continuous delays which leads to frustrated customers. I don?t know how this company is still in business. They are always hiring because people are always leaving, a revolving door. Management does not care about employees. They try to ?sell? their values of Simple, Honest, Human, but this can?t be further than the truth. I speak to everyone everyday and they are all looking elsewhere because there is no future at Rise. CEO LOVES to micromanage and will not listen to anyone but himself, or, his son, which coincidentally is the CTO. All other managers are so afraid to speak up and talk about employee concerns because they fear they may get fired. This is no way to run a business! If you?re looking for a place to grow, this isn?t the place for you. Low pay + a lot of stress.
