WORST AGENCY IN THE CITY I was lured to I.D.E.A. due to the amount of awards they receive in the city and all of the major accounts they have, but seriously do not get it. The management team has ZERO clue on how to make strategic decisions for their clients. I honestly feel about for every single one of their clients, because they are getting completely ripped off. They could care less about generating sales or ROI for any of their clients, all they really care about is producing "cool" things that they can brag about at awards show and take all the credit for. And did I mention they pay their way into winning at the award shows? This agency is a complete joke and a complete insult to the advertising industry. STAY AWAY
