very poor management of LGW operation Very poor service provided on behalf of Norwegian. Gatwick operation is run by experienced HR advisors who are unable to provide professional support to their cabin crew. OSM HR advisors are implementing fear factor in order to achieve tasks given by their superior. There are many investigations taken against crew any many of them have been unfairly resolved be giving warnings and disciplinaries to crew. There is no trust between the crew and OSM. Many cabin crew are leaving on daily basis as it is very unpleasant environment OSM have created.
