Very Creepy Place I would not be surprised if they were misappropriating funds (although probably legally). - Power structures between higher ups have the employees caught in it. It will influence your job and career prospects. - The CEO would be present with underage shirtless boys in Mexico when he (rarely) addressed us through webcam. Also, when I was there, they had cameras mounted where he could watch us work. - The amount of required work was ridiculous; we did way more desk work than implementing real change. It seemed like a place to think, "I'm doing good since I work at a nonprofit" while ignoring being a part of the nonprofit industrial complex problem.
