Unethical company * Management is inexperienced to run a service company * you should read ur offer letter very carefully , because it designed to take as much money from u when u r leaving the company * a handful of clients , it means they they will struggle to place u , the bright side of joining a service company to switch projects is totally dim here. * non existent hr system , no polices are good! they change the policies every now and then to maximize employee damage *dont trust these guys! get it written if they commit to anything , because they are worst at keeping up their commitment. Actually they won't honor even a written statement. * zero prospects of development here, no training * it's a small company filled with relatives of directors , nepotism * no official meetings to give out. Details of company related information. Looks like its running bad , so they don't want to disclose any in meetings with employees
