Unethical Business Practice The leaders of the company share confidential information about candidates which gets back to their employers. I have seen this happen time and time again. When the candidate confronts management with their concern, they go entirely off the deep end and accuse them of being liars and begin fighting with the client. It is so painfully unprofessional. I suggest you pick another recruiting company to work with if you don't want your employer to know you're searching for a job.
