Unethical and Poorly Managed Organization The CEO is sleazy, lazy, sexist pig. He started a romantic relationship with a department head (and his direct report) and no one lost their job! I was given exemplary marks on my review and explicitly told there was no areas where improvement was needed. Two months later, I was fired without cause or warning. When asked for specific instances, none were given. This happened literally 2 days after the completion of a competition, where I had worked an average of 15 hours a day that week plus an average of 10 hours a day the week before. My director wouldn't look me in eye during the entire meeting and walked out without saying a word. Despite the good work I had done, she refused to be reference for me, stating "company policy" - what a bunch of crap! Avoid The Cliburn at all cost. The Cliburn Curse is real!
