Two owners have to go. The work order system is a million dollar waste of time and money. The owner that schemed it up was too cheap to get real developers and it is a total failure just like the other computer issues we had years ago before they hired professionals to fix the mess he put us in. The drain on resources, time, and morale are horrible.The biggest issue is the main owner that rules like a tyrant and could quite possibly be one of the most clueless millionaires (that pretends to be humble). The guy can barely put together an email and doesn't know how anything works or what anyone does but thinks he is the center of the company. The lack of self-awareness and constantly being caught lying on his part and the overall dislike and untrust for him by ALL associates and even his own managers is unreal. The fact that the company can be successful with him still at the helm is a true testament to the people that work for Garden Design and not his ability to be a leader, or even a decent human being. The new pool company is going to be more money wasted with the used car salesman hired to run the show. The guy told a group of workers that he was the parking lot cleaner and handed out business cards to us. He has the owner completely fooled and dooped with his nonsense ideas and used car pitches. Going to be another high pay waste of money that the rest of us pay for with no profit sharing.
