Train Wreck Terrible business model. Direct sales force competes with dealers and sells SAME EXACT products at a higher price. Entire product line is for the most part a commodity that can be purchased on the internet. Absolutely no direction for new hires and sub-par training at best. Without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had working for any organization in my career.
