Toxic work environment Horrible experience working here. First I was lied to about the availability of cases. Started this job credentialed with 2 years experience and expected a full case load. They didn?t have enough school cases so I was stuck working part time. Was finally on a school case (only 3 hrs a day) but still wasn?t enough hours. I stayed on it 3 months and everything was fine until parent asked me off of the case after one session that wasn?t ?up to their standards?. Turns out I was the 5th therapist this client had gone through in just a few months and nobody warned me of this. Apart from this I also NEVER saw supervisors and received zero support. Didn?t even have programs for a client that I saw every single day until two months in. Also was driving an hour away to see this client. Nobody supports you here and nobody follows through with what they say they will do. Also they give you a tablet, which you NEVER use because... paper data. They don?t even personalize the programs which is literally unethical in the field. They use generic data sheets.
