Toxic work environment; heavy micro-management I experienced heavy micromanagement and verbal insults. There?s a lot of passive aggressive behavior towards employees, past employees and past clients as you can see from the company?s responses on here. That will tell you all you need to know. They uphold a very strict dress code, no facial hair, no cell phones, monitored lunch breaks, cc'ing upper management on all emails (including internal ones), monitoring your web / chat activity, arriving to work no more than a minute late and responding to emails and chats within minutes. If you slip up even an inch, you will get called into a meeting and belittled. I was once called into a meeting after I arrived from lunch slightly past my scheduled break to be verbally insulted and threatened to the point of tears. Up to that point, I'd been working through all my lunches. They also reprimand employees routinely via email with all other colleagues cc?d. Lower level employees are falsely accused and blamed for mistakes and oversights made on client deliverables. The multitude of 5 star reviews from employees claiming to have been there for 5+ years are clearly false. They employ 2-3 people max at any given time and turn-over is extremely high. The pay is also terrible, there is no acceptance of modern ideas, creativity or room for mobility. My advice is stay FAR away.
