Toxic Work Culture The negative reviews on Glassdoor about Dumont I read prior to interviewing in 2018 are 100% true. Dumont is definitely one of the most toxic, manipulative work environments that I have ever come across. Executive Management is the definition of a bureaucratic inefficient team of traditional marketers who have not actually logged into a digital platform and launched a campaign in over 5 years but are the people who micromanage all of the experienced people doing the actual work. There are a myriad ofHR violations taking place at this business because there is no HR staff whatsoever. There is no respect for professional or personal boundaries and actually trying to execute the job you were hired to do will be a daily struggle combined with generating no tangible results for clients due to operational inefficiency and exceptionally horrible team communication. Their compensation is below market and they take pride in stringing employee reviews along over weeks, sometimes even months with no actionable feedback. The net of this place is stay away unless you are related to someone in executive management or went to UCLA because there is a strange amount of preferential treatment for people who went to that school.
