Toxic Environment Toxic environment where many employees at all levels have big egos and no compassion. These people get together in cliques and if you?re not part of their circle you are discarded and made to feel like you?re inferior. Many times my clients mentioned that they liked my work but that my other colleagues were too pushy and entitled. Since many leaders are also toxic, these bad behaviors are reinforced.
