Toxic Employers The description of the company mission, values and culture sounds wonderful, however, unfortunately its actions and behavior of leadership is in direct opposition to the very values they espouse. At first blush, the organization puts on a good, professional, and competent show, and likely maintains this presentation for the benefits of clients, however, in reality there are shocking levels of hypocrisy and incompetent management. This toxic environment is supported not just from this review, but is evident in the extremely high levels of employee and contractor turnover. In one year this small company lost half its employees no doubt due to the untenable work environment and mismanagement.
