Too many problems to list Total chaos. Where Mangement should be looking to lift up their teams (well, developing teams would be a great start, but I digress...), they instead carry a very demanding stance in a posture of blame internally. If your emails received from the higher ups begin with "Why" and regularly end in"!" and the answer is almost 100% "We don't have the company resources to meet our commitments to our client." Then there's a clearly a problem. Usually those at the bottom or along the way carried the burden and the fix? Management going to the site themselves to make sure they make it work - even if they are absolutely lacking in the experience to do so.
