Thoughtful isn't going anywhere They don't care about the employees -There is no career or salary growth. It's a good place if you want to get your foot in the field, stay for 6 months and get out. -No benefits -Most people are hourly and they don't even pay for time off -Business model is terrible - they are still trying to figure it out. They are having trouble defining who they are and where they stand in the market place. -Their competitors are way better than them. -High turnover -Won't hire anyone with experience -Management doesn't have a handle on the digital space and is really out of touch with the market -Very low wages
