This is not a career, it's a horrible school of hard knocks. Management is awful, favoritism, employees are overworked and the compensation is just not enough for the conditions people put up with, with the verbal abuse from desperate clients being over sold on this sad payroll and hr product cuz the sales people are desperate to make money and keep their favortism status. PEOPLE quit almost every month, so much that the payroll department is overworked, cuz they just can't keep people. Over worked, lousy pay, lousy benefits, and a company that REALLY doesn't give a concern about you at all. They try, but it's like that empty uncle that gives you 5 bucks ever year as a consolation prize for just being lousy.
