This is a terrible place to work First they will start you out on what they call a "working interview," where you get paid as a contractor while they supposedly make sure you're a "good fit." This is their process for all full-time posisitions mind you. If that weren't bad enough, they will lie to you and exploit you - they will lie and say that it will only last 2-3 weeks, when in reality it will last 2-3 months (or longer). There is no real management, so nobody is held accountable for their work (makes it hard to get things done). This also means good/excellent work is not rewarded. You will just have shady HR people talking behind your back. Now, I outperformed my responsibilites by leaps and bounds, and had processes in place that would benefit the entire company (this was within the 2 month "trial period"). So they make me an offer way below market value, AND with ANOTHER 3 month "probation" period this time (on the company's payroll, but still no benefits). To top off this entire debacle of a business, I tried to negotiate at least that the "working interview" count towards the "probation period." Rather than saying no, they WITHDREW THE OFFER completely!!
