This company sucks The worst management, even compared with other Chinese companies. They put cameras everywhere in the building even in front of the restroom to monitor you all the time. They watch you from behind the office and treat you like an 8-year-old kid. For young people, management will squeeze you, they pay you below the average; 1,000 reasons to decline your visa sponsorship request and try to extend your probation so they can pay you less. Turn over rate is too high, I see 5 young people leaving in 2 months, it's not a coincidence
