They dont care about their own staff, how could they are about their clients. Staff would talk poorly behind clients backs, would give them inappropriate nicknames. Staff complained on a daily basis about how the office was ran by managers Counselors had too many clients on caseload to effectively treat clients. Main office stopped caring about the needs of the clients and it became about making money not treatment.
