Overall negative work environment The culture at this company has deteriorated significantly, and unfortunately I'm not the only one who feels this way. Lots of changes were made with different teams and how things are being run, and it just doesn't feel like all the negative feedback they're receiving is giving the leadership any incentive to change for the better. One big problem is the lack of transparency between some of the employers and employees, and feeding us just tidbits of information isn't going to alleviate any of the lack of trust people have with org. If this is how things continue to be, then a lot of the great people who deliver great work are definitely going to leave.
