Disorganized, and unfocused. Large revolving door of people coming and going. Job never feels secure, team is never stable with people leaving for better opportunities. Hard to achieve goals when team members continuously change. Goals are constantly shifting to where often separate teams are pursuing different goals - communication, despite the open office design, is exceptionally poor. Management does not seem to have a concrete idea of what the platform is attempting to accomplish beyond meaningless benchmarks and empty platitudes. Even these change frequently. Favoritism is played openly. A lot of what employees is told is simply not true. Ethical issues do not seem to be a concern, immediately dismissed as "irrelevant" or "not important" when questions/issues brought up to management. Stock option incentive is nice until it met with one of the most aggressive stock dilution plans I've seen. Management keeps employees in the dark until the absolute last minute and a gigantic pivot is needed, clear management knew for months adjustments were needed, failed to communicate with the rest of the team - could've saved a lot of stress and work had we been informed and able to make changes over time. Management is taking note of what time you leave the office and will treat you differently due to that. Fridays included. Questionable backgrounds of founders Ilya focuses team on something heavy duty, until something shinier distracts him. Original plans dropped. Repeat ad infinitum. No real long term strategy. Some days it feels like a VC scam instead of a company trying to create something cool
