Toxic environment/horrible management Micromanagement. They don't trust their employees. They do not value employees opinions. They claim to have an open door policy, but once you use it, be prepared to be fired or laid off. Once you do not up hold their "agenda" you will find yourself out of work. Nepotism like crazy! Company politics is ridiculous. Simply do yourself a favor, do not work here, and do not store here. They will do the barely minimum to protect your stuff, if they do anything at all. From experience, it's a joke!
