The leaders of this company failed their employees and their so-called mission The leaders are much more worried about how the outside world will perceive them then they are about the actual well-being of this company and the employees who work there. The president and CEO were very uninvolved for years, mostly just showing up when they had friends stopping by, and now that this is somewhat changing it is likely too late. Leadership will hire their friends and let them run the company into the ground while paying them double what they pay all of their other employees. The turnover is insane - people come and go rapidly both through being let go and leaving of their own accord (I saw full turnover in my time at the company), and positions are rarely replaced.
