The firm as a whole does good work, but it's a demanding place to work They seem to succeed in despite of themselves. My job was super demanding with many, many hours. I was asked work in areas in which I had no experience (thus I learned a lot, because it was sink or swim). There needs to be some sort of training or mentoring. It was very stressful. There is no balance between work and free time.
