Texas 811 Does Not Care about People The upper management is very crooked and operates as a clique. They will make an effort for an individual not to advance within the company and will resent you as a human being when you make wise suggestions. The team leads will discriminate against you when you discuss certain issues with upper management and it is a very hostile environment. They will try to intimidate you at their group meetings. The pay is too low.
