Terrible Place to Work Strict is not even close to how the Owner and the CEO handle their employees and the absurd rules. This is a very bad place to work, no creativity is allowed. The owner believes this is a business, not a design firm, which is true, since no freedom to design is allowed. This company spends more on their public relations image, then on the actual designs. Panic button at receptionist desk, cameras watching your every move and bullet proof glass for the CEO and Owner should say something for what kind of environment this is. The owner and ceo constantly insults and yells at the employees. A monday meeting is held every week where the CEO stands at a podium and talks as if she is giving a conference. If you forgot to fill in your time you are called out publicly in front of everyone for doing so.
