Terrible place to work for Coworkers asking others to participate in inappropriate events. This has been brought to the HR department several times, and nothing has been done at all about it. Managers are constantly breathing down your neck. Cant really get much accurately done when everyone is there to show you their way to do it and once you start that way, someone else comes up and tells you it's wrong. They advise it is an open door policy. This is completely false. Anytime you go into a manager, you are scrutinized and told that in the end, you're in the wrong and nothing will be done about what you brought to their attention. The managers sit behind their glass walls, but refused to come out and join with the rest of the peons to figure out what is really going on in their company
