Terrible management The upper management do not care for the employees under them, in fact several are crazy for power/raises, even if it comes to being very cruel to those under them (cracking the whip). If you complain about management misconduct to the Senior staff they will ignore any complaints until HR gets involved. When that happens you might as well have a target on your back to be terminated. The morale among most employees there is very low because of being overworked and underpaid, as well as ignored, unless you are in the upper level "well-liked" group, and don't expect to get there unless you sell your soul.
