Terrible Management- DON'T DO IT!!! The owner Mickey is terrible. He's spoken negatively about in all these reviews for a reason. He will smile in your face one second and bad mouth you the next. The organization and structure within this company is nonexistent. Mickey expects unrealistic results without properly preparing his employees for success. Take my word for it if you can avoid this place DO IT!!!!
